October’s Very Own (OVO) has teamed up with the "Baddest Man on the Planet" for a limited capsule collection. Boxing legend Mike Tyson is the latest celebrity to get their own collaboration with Drake’s lifestyle brand.
The alignment between Tyson and Drake is inevitable, as the OVO brand extends far beyond the music that put the Toronto native on the map. Tyson is no stranger to endeavors outside of the sports business. In fact, he has garnered quite the success as an entrepreneur himself.
The Collection
The OVO x Tyson collection, which is now available, includes co-branded caps, a coaches jacket, a ‘Money Mike’ T-shirt, a hoodie, and some shorts featuring an image of Tyson in his less follicly challenged days. The limited-edition line features co-branded caps, a coaches jacket, a hoodie, and a pair of shorts with an image of Tyson in his earlier years. Fans can also get their hands on a “Money Mike” t-shirt from the collection.

Mike Tyson's SURPRISING Business Ventures After Boxing
The heavy-hitting collection was teased on social media earlier this week via some promo shots of Iron Mike rocking an OVO sweater, as well as a grainy campaign video interspersing vintage clips of the boxer with present-day shots of him wearing the new gear. Other posts included a campaign video with vintage clips of the renowned boxer in between shots of a present-day Tyson sporting new looks available in the capsule.
Tyson's Affinity for Drake and Canada
Tyson’s shown an affinity for Drake in the past. In 2015, he performed an interesting version of “Hotline Bling” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The heavyweight champion of the world has also shown lots of love to Canada as of late.

He recently brought his cannabis brand, Tyson 2.0, to the Great White North. In a recent interview with Complex Canada, he spoke fondly of his days partying in Montreal.
“I always like Saint-Catherine Street,” Tyson told us. “I used to go there in the ’80s and we used to be in the video game arcades, smoking weed in there, waiting for the weed guy to come. It was really exciting for me in the early ’80s.
“You had to meet the weed guy at an arcade or at a park or somebody else’s building. And do you remember how silly it was waiting for the guy to come? “Alright, he’s coming!” And then you get the call, “I’ve gotta stop” and you’re like, “Aww man!”
Tyson's Entrepreneurial Spirit
In 2017, he founded Tyson’s Ranch, a farm that produces high quality strains of THC and CBD located in El Segundo, California.
