Five wrestlers earned their fourth state medal, including two four-time finalists: Jeremiah Gonzalez (Meridian, 120s) and Rider Sequin (Post Falls, 138s). Draven Johns (Caldwell, 132s) and Trey Smith (Post Falls, 175s) also joined this elite group.

A total of sixteen wrestlers earned their third state medal, with seven set to return next season.
