Missouri High School Wrestling: Top Wrestlers and Rankings to Watch

As the Missouri high school wrestling regular season rapidly approaches its conclusion, High School on SI and SBLive Missouri have spotlighted 50 wrestlers to keep a close watch on this postseason. This curated list features a blend of returning state champions, accomplished state medalists, and promising newcomers.

While the state boasts far more than 50 contenders for state titles this season, this selection offers a glimpse into the talent pool that fans should monitor leading up to the 95th MSHSAA State Wrestling Championships, scheduled to take place from Feb. 26-March 1 inside Mizzou Arena in Columbia.

It's important to note that the following are not rankings, but rather a compilation of noteworthy wrestlers. Weights and records are current as of January 28.

The Missouri Live Rankings offer real-time updates every Tuesday, reflecting varsity match results and pins across all four classes. This system values toughness and dominance over reputation, providing an unbiased view of wrestlers' progress.
