Jiu-Jitsu is widely considered one of the most effective forms of self-defense in the world and has enjoyed unprecedented popularity since arriving in the United States in the 1980s. Our Basic classes are built around step-by-step Jiu-Jitsu skills, taught in an easy-to-follow format. You’ll find a functional, moderately-paced warmup which was created specifically for our students to allow someone new to martial arts to thrive.

Muay Thai for Ultimate Fitness

Get in the best shape of your life with our Muay Thai classes. Training in Muay Thai has proven for me to be the most consistently physical martial arts training I've ever done. Although I've done judo classes where I had to drag myself off the mat, I still find that Muay Thai is consistently more physical. I think the difference is, one I'm training without air conditioning. But also the nature of Muay typing a sport, they are trying to condition you to compete for a full five rounds. I'm sure there may be other systems that work you as hard, but this is definitely the best system I've taken for physical fitness.
