Rental Terms and Conditions
When renting inflatable sumo suits, it's essential to understand the terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here are some important points to consider:
- Rental Period: Price shown is for an 8 hour rental period, please select delivery and pickup times accordingly.
- Delivery Time: Select a delivery time at least 1 hour before your event start time.
- Overnight Option: Next morning pickup, the Overnight Option, is for late events and available with an additional fee. Next morning pickups are generally done between 8am and 12pm.
- Setup Location: It is the customers responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented product will fit.
- Stairs: Maximum 10 Stairs allowed to the setup location, a setup fee will apply.
- Cleaning Fee: There is a cleaning and handling fee for setup on sand.
- Disinfection: All of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use.
- Delivery Area: Prices for inflatables include delivery to local addresses.
- Generators: Generators are rented separately.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES: Except as otherwise provided herein, all charges in delivering and picking up of the Unit to and from the delivery address specified above are included in the Rental Fee noted above. Lessor shall use its best efforts to deliver the Unit at the Start Time stated above; however, Lessor cannot guarantee that the Unit will be delivered at exactly the Start Time.
Safety Precautions
Safety is paramount when using inflatable sumo suits. Here are some crucial safety precautions to follow to ensure a fun and safe experience for all participants:

- Adult Supervision: ADULT SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED WHEN PARTICIPANTS ARE IN THE UNIT. THE LESSEE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPERVISION OF THE PARTICIPANTS WHILE THEY ARE IN THE UNIT.
- Participant Compatibility: Only participants of compatible ages and sizes shall play in the Unit at the same time.
- Removing Hazards: All participants must remove shoes, glasses, and other sharp objects before entering the Unit.
- No Flips: To avoid neck and back injuries, flips are not allowed in the Unit.
- Prohibited Items: Absolutely no “Silly String”, gum, candy, drinks, food, cigarettes, confetti, or any other substances are allowed in the Unit.
- Cleanliness: It is the Lessee’s responsibility to keep the Unit clean and free from any type of debris.
- Unit Placement: The Unit shall not be moved from the location of installation. In the event that the Unit has accidentally moved, remove all participants from the Unit and move the Unit back to the location of installation.
- Blower Safety: Participants shall be kept away from the blower(s) used to inflate the Unit. In the event that the blower is accidentally turned off, remove all participants from the Unit and turn on the blower.
- Zipper Safety: All Units have been equipped with a zipper design for quick deflation of the Unit at the time of pick up. Do not allow any participants to open the zipper. In the event that the zipper has been opened, remove all participants from the Unit and close the zipper.
Troubleshooting
In case of any issues during the use of the inflatable sumo suits, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:
- Unit Movement: In the event that the Unit has accidentally moved, remove all participants from the Unit and move the Unit back to the location of installation.
- Blower Malfunction: In the event that the blower is accidentally turned off, remove all participants from the Unit and turn on the blower.
- Zipper Opening: In the event that the zipper has been opened, remove all participants from the Unit and close the zipper.
Rain Policy
Weather conditions can impact the safe use of inflatable sumo suits. Here’s what you need to know about using the unit in rainy or windy conditions:
- Rain and High Wind: In the event of rain and/or high wind, do not use the Unit above wind speeds that exceed the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Wind Speed Recommendations: Recommend maximum wind speeds from 15 to 25 mph, depending on the ride. However, unload and deflate the Unit when the wind speed exceeds 25 mph.
Lessee Responsibilities and Warranties
The lessee (renter) has certain responsibilities and warranties to ensure the safe and proper use of the inflatable sumo suits:
- Agreement Understanding: Lessee represents and warrants: That he/she has fully read this Agreement and that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operation of the Unit.
- Safe Return: That he/she shall be responsible for the safe return of the Unit to Lessor through Lessor’s agent who delivers and picks up the Unit. Lessee shall only allow the same person to deliver the Unit to pick up the Unit.
- Unit Custody: Lessee shall keep the Unit in his/her custody at all times and shall not sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer the Unit.
- Operation Responsibility: The Lessee shall have the full responsibility of the Unit’s operation, including, but not limited to, supervision of the participants in the Unit.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
It's important to understand the disclaimers and limitations of liability associated with renting inflatable sumo suits:
- No Warranties: LESSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY COMPANY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.
- Liability: Lessor and its officers, employees and agents shall not be responsible for any injuries incurred during the use of the Unit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours (3 days) before the reservation date or else a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days, please check Cancellation and Rain Policies for more information.
