Getting Started

You are encouraged to try out one of the introductory programs or trial lessons. This will allow you to evaluate the program, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable, and allow you to observe the interaction between the students and instructors on the mat. The goal is to make everyone feel a part of the Tiger-Rock family.

Upon your enrollment, everything you need to become a successful martial artist will be reviewed with you. A flexible schedule offers a variety of lesson times. How fast you advance is up to you. The program is tailored to each student’s pace, ensuring they feel challenged yet comfortable with their progress.

Martial Arts is a journey, not a destination. There is no set time frame to earning a Black belt. Evaluation periods are offered every two months, and how fast a student progresses is based on their performance and readiness. However, all students are encouraged to train until Black Belt and beyond!
