At the Dolled Up Salon, girls and dolls can plan a special day of pampering with new ’dos, mini manicures, and even getting their ears pierced together. Salon treatments are available for authentic American Girl dolls only.

There’s nothing more special than dining out together, especially when her doll can join in too! At the American Girl® cafe, you’ll find teatime and party options that appeal to girls and grown-ups alike-plus, we offer special seats just for doll friends.

Each attendee is required to pay (including adults). An adult must be present during party. Parties are booked based on availability. Outside food and decorations are not allowed. Specialty beverages are available on the day of the party for an additional fee. For all parties of 7 or more, an 18% gratuity is charged. Other restrictions may apply.
Store Information
The store is located at Tysons Corner Center, next to Bloomingdale's. There are two interior entrances, one on each level. The exterior entrance is on level two.

Accessibility
The parking lot and entrance to the store are both wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator in the store and all restrooms are accessible.

Curbside Pickup
For curbside pickup, park in front of the store just beyond the patio and call 703-852-5047. If traffic is congested in front of the store, customers can park at the Bloomingdale's curbside area adjacent to American Girl.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from American Girl. If for any reason you don't, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days.
You may return or exchange your item(s) at any American Girl store location. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from American Girl, either online or at an American Girl store. Please return all other products to the original place of purchase.
All returns are monitored and may be limited. A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned.
Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie and Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.

When dolls need extra TLC or repair, our team is here to help keep the adventures going. When accidents happen, we’re here to help. Yes, dolls can be admitted to the store's Care Center for repairs.
Relocation Update
Like rumored, the American Girl store in Washington DC is going to be moving locations. The original store is going to close on January 4, and the new location (still in Tysons Corner) will open in early 2026. The popular doll retailer is set to close its existing Tysons store on Jan.
