The KHSAA (Kentucky High School Athletic Association) Kentucky High School Wrestling State Championships are a highlight of the high school sports calendar. Kentucky's best boys and girls wrestlers will make their way to Alltech Arena to battle it out and make their way to a state title.

- 9:30 am - Girls first and 2nd rounds & consolations
- 2:00 pm - Girls Consolations, placing matches, and finals
- Friday, Feb. 28
- 10:00 am - Boys first three championship rounds and consolations
- Saturday, March 1
- 9:00 am - Boys Consolations and Semifinals
- 2:00 pm - Boys Placement matches followed by finals

2024 KHSAA Kentucky High School State Wrestling Championship Results
At the 2024 KHSAA Boys Championships, Union County claimed the most champions, seeing three of its wrestlers win state titles. Harrison County and Trinity (Louisville) claimed two champions, being the only other high schools to claim multiple champions.
In the 2024 KHSAA Girls Championships, Walton-Verona and Woodford County saw two wrestlers each claim state titles.
