Recent Developments

Boxing Insider Promotions is set to return to Sony Hall in New York’s Times Square. One of the main attractions is Kurt Scoby, who will headline the event against Alex Martin. The matches will air on tape delay on SNY, the home of Broadway Boxing for eighteen years, available in 14 million homes in the NY Metropolitan region and beyond.

Scoby vs. Martin

Scoby faced Alex Martin in the main event. At the weigh-in, Kurt Scoby weighed in at 146lbs for his eight-round bout against Alex Martin, who was slightly lighter at 145.8lbs. The fight was put together just a week ago, and could potentially offer a tricky style matchup for Scoby.

Scoby is riding a four-fight knockout streak, while the 36-year-old southpaw Martin is coming off an upset decision win in July over popular Philadelphia-based boxer Daiyaan Butt.
