Udundi
We teach a rarely seen martial art from Okinawa called Palace Hand, or, Udundi. Known as the 'bodyguard martial art', Palace Hand was developed to protect the royal family. While most commonly available martial arts (karate, tae kwon do, judo, Brazilian ju-jitsu, Thai Boxing) are specialized for sporting contests, Udundi is a self-defense method.

Burke’s has been an amazing experience from the moment I started. I decided to take their Muay Thai class and loved it. The instructors are great and patient, and have helped me come so far so fast. Burke’s martial arts is a Great and fun environment if you are looking to get in shape and learn Muay Thai.
