Sativa was clearly the front runner in the matches.

Sativa vs. Alexis Luna
Two British female wrestlers meet for battle in Hungary. This British battle takes place at Antscha’s elite studio so, that alone, will influence both wrestlers, in front of a live audience, to give their best. On paper, this looks like a mismatch. Alexis Luna, by all outward appearances, has a stronger body style than Sativa.
As they begin, Sativa does something unusual and pulls Alexis forward and on top of her, possibly for the often ill-fated floor to sitting body scissors. Alexis easily breaks the hold and is now on top of Sativa with a left armed headlock as well.
The two girls embrace with a lot of giggling. Sativa finally rolls over on the muscular beauty. This goes on for some time until Alexis flips Sativa over and is now on top. The shapely English girl begins to apply a reverse pin with her head facing Sativa’s legs and her thighs capturing Sativa in a mild head scissor.
Sativa from the top as Alexis attempts the floor to sitting body scissor. This round, Sativa begins to take control. The British star is now on top of Alexis who is fighting from the mat floor. Sativa mounts for a school girl pin and captures Alexis right arm for good measure. The pin count begins.
The two British stars begin with hand fighting and then Sativa captures Alexis in a floor to sitting scissor and then soon semi-monkey flips her to the side and is immediately on top of her. They begin to roll around with Sativa securing a semi-behind the back body scissor.

From the top, she eventually applies a reverse head scissor while Alexis attempts a head scissor as well, from the bottom floor. Finally Sativa breaks the stalemate and almost secures Alexis in a side body scissor, headlock.
Alexis grasps a headlock but makes the mistake of rolling Sativa on top of her. Why not keep Sativa pinned below? Instead of escaping, Sativa makes the decision to apply an upper pin. Alexis gets her shoulder up at the count of three. Sativa continues to apply the pressure.
Sativa was clearly the front runner here.
Sativa vs. Ivy
She always puts out a great effort. She has pride. They start on their knees and begin with hand and behind the neck fighting. Ivy fights back but is soon clasped in a side body scissor. Sativa squeezes hard but Ivy withstands the crunch. The two girls begin to tumble around the mats, tightly holding on to one another.
Finally Sativa secures Ivy’s neck in a rear naked choke while the muscular girl is on top. As they struggle more in a battle of muscular wills, almost to a stalemate, it is Sativa that finally forces Ivy to give up her back. In cat like fashion, Sativa now applies a rear naked choke. Anyone who has watched the elite wrestler Sativa will know, once she traps you in a hold like this one, your chances of escape are slim. She tightens the choke even more.

Sativa finally breaks free and swiftly gains the top position as Ivy gives up her back. As Ivy struggles, Sativa keeps her pressed to the mat floor. She soon flattens Ivy out in an elongated position as Ivy fights off her submission attempts.
Next Sativa goes for an arm bar, from the top, as Ivy scissors her left leg to prevent full leverage. Sativa rides Ivy from behind, now going for what worked before.
One thing that is becoming apparent is that Ivy appears to have no real offensive plan. Given her feminine muscle, she has the strength but she can’t seem to apply it. Sativa scissors Ivy, from the bottom position, for control. Sativa is quickly all over the curvy beauty and attempting more submission holds.
Sativa grasps Ivy’s left arm for leverage, traps her in another leg Triangle Choke and this time makes it stick. As they struggle, Sativa flattens Ivy out in a cross body pin, locking Ivy’s right arm. Ivy eventually breaks free of that but gives up her back as Sativa begins to control her from behind.
It is now a war of attrition with Sativa driving the vehicle of decimation. She continues to apply her body weight on top of Ivy, tiring the shapely girl out. Ivy is breathing heavily, as usual, Sativa is quiet and relentless. Give Ivy great credit. When she was fresh, she really made Sativa fight for it.
Having said that, given Sativa’s high skill level and relentless pursuit, it was just a matter of time before Ivy wore down.
Sativa vs. Rage
Research indicates that Rage is originally from Serbia and now sessions out of Berlin. They begin with upper hand fighting and hands behind the neck struggle. Sativa slowly breaks the hold and moves on top of Rage. This struggle has been going on for over a minute, with Sativa on top.
Sativa finally gains the upper position and lay across Rage’s upper torso. They struggle in this arrangement for some time. Rage is breathing very heavily. She then pulls Rage back into a cradle hold and powerful head scissor.
Sativa pushes her backwards and is back on top of her. Now in the position of a reverse face sit. She looks in the distance, contemplating what to do. Sativa squeezes harder.
We deeply appreciate young beautiful stars like Sativa and Rage.

Gluten-Free Dining in London
We came across this new and improved restaurant in London that serves gluten free food. We’re Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, home cooks and food lovers with a passion for wellness and delicious, nutrient-dense food.
Our cooking is all about creating natural, satisfying and easy to digest meals that make you feel vibrant, strong and healthy; recipes that are full of flavor and goodness and free from gluten, grains and refined sugar. We founded Hemsley + Hemsley in 2010 as a bespoke service aimed at helping people with their digestion and relationship with food, and teaching the importance of gut health.
Our food philosophy came to life as we began cooking and catering for private clients, celebrities and top brands including Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Vivienne Westwood. Since then, we’ve become regular contributors to Vogue.co.uk and The Guardian, as well as authors of our international bestselling cookbook The Art of Eating Well.
Determined to make eating well even more fun, we launched our hugely popular Hemsley + Hemsley Spiralizer in 2015, the must-have kitchen utensil for transforming an array of vegetables into noodle-like spirals to replace pasta in minutes.
Should you be a fan of their cult cookbooks, the Hemsley sisters need no introduction - on the clean-eating stage, the duo are pretty much spiraliser-wielding rock stars. It makes sense, then, that they’d hook up with the city’s most on-point shop to open their first café. Hemsley + Hemsley is to be found within Selfridges’ new third-floor Body Studio. And for an in-store eatery, it looks surprisingly cool.
The entire (seasonal) menu is organic and free of gluten, refined sugar and hydrogenated fats.
