The classes are well rounded. Coach Mark is phenomenal and explains everything very well. Mark holds himself to a high standard, and gets the best out of everyone there.

Many students have shared stories of personal growth and empowerment through their training at RGA Milford. I started jiujitsu on a whim for the benefit of my children. As a 40+ year old woman I was doing it for the kids thinking I’d stick around long enough for them to feel confident. I kept showing up. Two years later I’m a blue belt and training at least 5 times a week. I’ve gained so much confidence on so many levels (so have my children).
