Our business was founded in 1997 by retired US Air Force Colonel, Bob Huneycutt, in order to assist fellow deployed servicemembers in the management of their properties. For over 20 years Bob and his wife Georgia grew the business to service investors of single-family homes throughout the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Los Lunas metro areas.
